Our Story
Holistic Minds Collective was founded by Dr. Liliana Uribe, PhD, LCSW, and Fiorella Bianchi, LCSW, CCTP, two Latinx licensed clinical social workers with a combined 20+ years of experience in mental health. What began as a shared vision between a mentor and her mentee has grown into a full-service group practice rooted in the Miami community.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Uribe recognized the growing mental health crisis in South Florida and made the decision to dedicate herself fully to expanding access to care. Around the same time, she brought on board Fiorella Bianchi, whose extensive background working with Adolescence and Trauma, combined with her advanced trauma training and EMDRIA-approved EMDR certification, made her a natural partner in building something larger.
Together, they expanded and rebranded as Holistic Minds Collective, a practice built on the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. The clinicians who join HMC share that same philosophy; they are curious, culturally humble, and committed to meeting clients where they are. From evidence-based modalities to emerging treatments including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, HMC is dedicated to offering comprehensive, culturally responsive care to all generations. Our shared mission is simple: to keep exploring, to keep evolving, and to make whole-person healing accessible to the communities that need it most.

Dr. Liliana Uribe, LCSW- QS
Dr. Uribe is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and PhD-level clinician with over 14 years of experience in mental health assessment and treatment. Her clinical background includes specialized work with children and adolescents presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, social skills challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other developmental disabilities.
Her focus has since evolved toward whole-person wellness, informed by her tenure as a professor at Barry University and Southern New Hampshire University, where she taught coursework on wellness theory and practice. Today, Dr. Uribe's work with adults is centered on the Seven Tiers of Wellness, examining how the interconnected dimensions of physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational health shape overall wellbeing. Fitness and physical health are central to her clinical philosophy, and she approaches every client with three foundational questions: how do you eat, how do you sleep, and are you active?
Dr. Uribe has two years of specialized experience in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, integrating psychedelic-assisted treatment into her broader wellness framework to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting recovery.

Fiorella Bianchi, LCSW-QS
Fiorella Bianchi is a bilingual millenial Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over eight years of experience specializing in complex and high-acuity mental health presentations. Her clinical background spans forensic social work, Miami-Dade Public Schools, and direct practice with adolescents, young adults, and adults, with a primary focus on Millennials and Gen Z. Fiorella specializes in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety, with particular experience supporting clients whose presentations have not responded to generalized approaches. Her work is grounded in a person-in-environment framework, integrating evidence-based modalities including EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed care. She is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist and also supports her partner through Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as part of an integrative treatment model.
Her clinical approach centers on meeting clients where they are, using individualized, evidence-based care to support lasting change across behavioral, emotional, and psychological domains.
